At Harper Bespoke, we’re all about turning “I do” into “Wow, that was amazing!” Founded in 2024 by Tracy – a wedding-obsessed planner with a flair for bringing big ideas to life – we’re here to make your dream day stress-free and unforgettable. With industry certificates and currently undergoing a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Wedding Planning, Tracy’s got the skills (and the spreadsheets) to nail every detail. Whether it’s quirky or classic, bold or romantic, your wedding will truly reflect you. So, let’s pop some prosecco and start planning!
The Experience
At Harper Bespoke, we don’t believe in one-size fits all weddings, your love story deserves its own spotlight. Tracy takes a hands on, all in approach, working side by side with you to make the planning process feel exciting (and way less stressful). Think of her as your wedding BFF, ready with honest advice, creative ideas, and a whole lot of heart.
Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate ceremony or a blowout celebration, Tracy’s mission is to capture your vibe and turn it into something authentic, elegant and totally you. From picking the perfect venue to nailing the flowers, food and entertainment, no detail is too small (or too extra!). Hi! I’m Tracy Elizabeth – the face behind Harper Bespoke Wedding Planning. I am happily married to my wonderful husband Tony and together we have three grown up girls and two handsome grandsons – who are the light of my life. My life as a planner started with family events, baby showers, grand birthday bashes and hosting charity events. However, Harper Bespoke was officially born after my first born daughter’s wedding. And since this day we have gone from strength to strength.

How early should you start working with a wedding Planner?
Starting as early as possible gives you more options for vendors and venues – especially if you’re planning a peak season wedding. Many couples begin working with a planner as soon as they have secured a date. But don’t worry- whether you’re planning a year out or just starting, we can created a timeline which works for you.
What's your process for getting to know us and our style?
Getting to know you is the key to crafting your perfect wedding which reflects both of your personalities. We would start with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, priorities and style preferences. I keep communication open throughout so your input is at the heart of every decision.
Can you help us stick to a budget?
Absolutely! This is one of our main goals. Budgeting is a massive part in your wedding planning and I’m here to help you priortise and allocate your budget accordingly.
Do you handle vendor communication?
Yes, I will take care of all vendor communication and coordination. From negotiating contracts to managing schedules on your big day. I’ll make sure everyone is on the same page so your wedding day runs smoothly without a glitch.
Do you offer on-the-day coordination?
Yes, on the day coordination can be used within certain packages. If requested I will be there prior to the start of your wedding ensuring everything runs smooth.
How can you help us bring our vision to life?
I start by getting a deep understanding of your vision and preferences. From here, I’ll curate a moodboard, curate a selection of venues, vendors and design elements that align with your vision and work closely with you to shape your ideas into a cohesive plan.
